Mr. Estacion has led the construction documents and project management coordination on the firm's most notable mixed-use and multi-family residential projects since joining the company in 2005.
Recent projects have included Acacia Estates, Fourth La Costa, Montego, and the Vista Way Professional Offices. Presently Mr. Estacion is involved in the production of construction documents for a number of multi-story, coastal infill residential projects.
Prior to his employment with 4 Design, Mr. Estacion provided kitchen and bath remodeling services for Expo Design Center.
Scott is a student at Mira Costa Community College and is planning to transfer to a university to pursue a Bachelors of Architecture.
Mr. Estacion is a registered lobbyist with the City of Oceanside.
