With excellent budget development and forecasting skills, Mr. Chriss is able to recognize trends and correlate to the formulation of realistic strategies, and project budget forecasts resulting in controlled financial programs.
Mr. Chriss is an effective decision-maker who researches and integrates pertinent data, assesses all relevant information and makes well-founded value decisions.
As an exceptional originator of innovative ideas, concepts and solutions, Mr. Chriss is able to design aesthetically pleasing yet functional residential and commercial projects; creatively resolving project and personnel issues.
Mr. Chriss is an active member of National Council of Architectural Registration Board and is a founding member of the Palomar Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. He is a registered lobbyist with the City of Oceanside.
